Can white plastic (resin) patio furniture be painted?

August 16th, 2008 | by admin |
John B asked:

I have several pieces of white resin patio furniture that are heavily stained and I am wondering whether I might be able to paint them to make them look better. If I can do this, what kind of paint should I use?

They have paint just for Resin furniture and it comes in nice colors. Check out Lowes/Home Depot, but probably cheapest at W-Mart. Always give your furniture a good bath prior to painting it, that way the paint will adhere better.
