You can get pine sap off of anything with peanut butter. Even kid’s hair.

take a lot of salt, bigger crystals if possible, and mix it with liquid soap so that you have a sort of granulated, thick paste. Use it to scour it off. Smaller crystals if you don’t want to scratch it.
However, it may scratch it. So, test it on a small, unnoticeable area first!!!

Spray WD-40 over the area and allow to set a few minutes, this will soften the sap, and allow you wipe it off. The WD-40 may need to be applied several times until it removes all the sap.
